Ask a lot of questions because the person who makes the final decision on your results is the office manager Wendy, not the provider. I was given the run around before I ever had the procedure and rescheduled 3 times no less, and my results are so disappointing. When I did have an issue, I was told I didn't understand and it was miscommunicated. Totally not true.
