I paid for parking but it did not go through and my car was towed—no warning. Heads up-scam parking in downtown. Park on the street or Uber. The app rejects perfectly good payment without warning,

These ppl are ridiculous. My elderly mother was parked for ten mins to help move a bed. They snuck and towed her car in that short amount of time. Then, wanted to charge her $166 for her car, which they only had for 10 mins. Absolutely, ungodly people. She ended up falling and skinning up her arm. Instead, of trying to be understanding or helpful, they only wanted the money. They quickly pocketed it and still haven't even tried to be nice. I am beyond furious with this. I will be talking to a lawyer. This is unjust.

You tried to tow my car in my apartment complex when I had a visible sticker showing that I can park here. Your two employees were two white men one with an American flag bandana. These two incompetent employees of yours nearly towed my car illegally which could have resulted in their arrest. I would seriously reconsider the people you hire since it will likely eventually land yourself and your buisness in hot legal trouble.
