There’s no need to be rude and rub it in that you towed someone else’s car. All that’s needed from you, as the towing company, after towing someone’s car, is just to answer the phone and process the transaction. When it’s raining, my child is with me out in the cold crying, and I’m trying to get a hold of you because you towed my vehicle, just answer the phone. WHAT A RACKET! It's understandable there's a class action lawsuit for this predatory company! I would give this company zero stars. I also see consistency in the bad reviews. The tow was waiting and watching. I walked inside for 15 min in order to get to a meeting AND pay. I WAS GONE 15 MINUTES. It takes that long to work the app! Got back, car towed. I had to pay $166.40 to get my car. Thanks for making the city of Birmingham so accessible. I hope the tow made his quota today.
Your style of communication via signage is negative zero. Also in the Five Points South neighborhood you could easily make the city money IF you had , eight-hour shift meter maids/parking enforcement.
Misleading signage now I don't want to even spend money in the city. It used to be free to park in the afternoons.
