I’ve paid for parking with parkmobile many times. I had my default license place set when I paid. I recently got a new license plate and paid with my previous one because it was marked as “default” within the app. I showed the guy at the front and he saw this to be true… yet, there was “nothing they could do.” They patronize you and then they slap you with a $160 “fee” for driving your car 5 minutes down the road and don’t even accept all forms of credit cards for some odd reason. Never drive a rental apparently. My rental says parking tags applied for and I was parked in a lot for the resturant I was attending and still got towed. 3 minutes before I left?? This is ridiculous and having a security guard and gate guard waiting to get money out of you is down right gross. My first time in this city and I didnt know the city would be so deceptive as to tow your vehicle from the place of business your attending without warning.
2nd time being towed by this bs company. y’all have WAYYY too much free time & tow way too quickly. give some damn time to finish what the person parked for before towing in damn 10 minutes.
