Yeah all the other reviews are consistent with my experience. My time was 6:45-8:45 and they took my car at 9:11 that's not even 30 minutes over. that is crazy to me. They don't inform or warn you unless through your email I'm sorry who's looking at their email during a nice time out??? Not me. This has been the most inconvenient experience. Parking enforcement’s goal is to steal your money even when you pay for your spot! I was on 1st Ave N last night, and I parked my car in a lot. I saw them towing someone when I arrived, so I made sure to pay before I even went into my desired location. The parking signage is terrible and set up to make you choose the wrong location. Came out 30 mins later and my car was gone. There is no way I should have had to pay $166 to get my car back after I had already paid for it. It’s ... read more

There’s no need to be rude and rub it in that you towed someone else’s car. All that’s needed from you, as the towing company, after towing someone’s car, is just to answer the phone and process the transaction. When it’s raining, my child is with me out in the cold crying, and I’m trying to get a hold of you because you towed my vehicle, just answer the phone.
