Unethical towing company that operates by trapping people with deceptive signage then towing their vehicle. The city of Birmingham should be ashamed for allowing PES continue to operate. We definitely will not be returning to downtown Birmingham after this experience.
I’ve paid for parking with parkmobile many times. I had my default license place set when I paid. I recently got a new license plate and paid with my previous one because it was marked as “default” within the app. I showed the guy at the front and he saw this to be true… yet, there was “nothing they could do.” They patronize you and then they slap you with a $160 “fee” for driving your car 5 minutes down the road and don’t even accept all forms of credit cards for some odd reason.
