Paid for my parking spot, car got towed because the license plate was wrong. They still made me pay 168 dollars to get my vehicle out. I had screenshots with proof that I paid for the spot and still had time remaining and they would not hear it. Worst customer service ever.
Predatory, dishonest, and very rude. The signs incorrectly state that the first hour of parking is free but they wait outside to tow cars every 20 minutes or so. After incorrectly towing my car they refused to refund me and hung up on me several times when calling them back. When I went to pick it up I was stung by the fire ants on the property and was charged an additional "convenience" fee and asked for an invasive amount of personal information in addition to my ID, which they initially refused to give back when asked
This guy towed a vehicle that PAID and showed him the receipt but because the tag was off he still charged us a $160. What a SCAM! These people should be investigated and shut down
In the 30 minutes it took me to order a sandwich at Hattie B's, eat it and go back to my car. My car was towed. $160. Who ever owns that parking lot right next to Hattie B's that is the most efficient robbery and detaining method I've ever seen. Parking lot half empty on a random Sunday too First hour, apparently isn't free, according to the SUPER fine print on the sign I don’t need the law or someone to tell me what this felt like.
