This is a beautiful well kept community. The property manager Shantel is professional, curteous and kind. She has made this an amazing experience for me. I appreciate her promptness in responding to any questions I have.
I know this is my property so my opinion may be biased but I’ve managed and lived here for over 4 years. Parkhurst is a wonderful community, full of truly great people. It’s close to literally everything. And within blocks of TCC. Our 2x1 include full size washer and dryers, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, a fireplace and most come with back patio storage. Beautiful apartments! The property is nicely kept up and rates are very affordable! Very quiet and access to everything central Tacoma has to offer. Shopping areas, schools, parks, hospitals and more! Highly recommended!
Awesome place to live! Very quiet and the apartments are very nice and have washer/dryer. The manager is awesome! She is always ready to help and get things done! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in central Tacoma!
Great apartment complex! The Manager (Shantell) there is amazing! Always on top of everything, very communicative and friendly! We loved her! Wish she was still our manager!
