We have worked with Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. for years and years. Very professional, personable staff who have served us well. A wealth of knowledge who can provide all of your engineering needs, no matter the project. I highly recommend Parkhill, Smith & Cooper and would be happy to share our personal experience.
They were suppose to design and engineer streets for us and they did a terrible job. The street beside my house is a river now, anytime we be rain it sands in about 4-8 inches of water. I want to know how they can say that this is okay. There are day-weeks I cannot even get my car out of the driveway. It was been 6 years we are having to live with this, because of the cost. They ruined our whole neighborhood!! Do not trust these idiots to do streets!!!!!
