Parkhill is no longer in business, unsure of when but had my MD fax over an order with no response. This is now Elite Imaging and my insurance company does not have a contract with them. Hope this helps others who are searching for an imaging center.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. The admin staff is awful. They don't answer the phones. They don't return voice mails left by clients. If you do get lucky enough to speak to someone, they are nothing but rude and unhelpful. The staff will flat out lie to you about submission of insurance pre authorization paperwork, stating they have submitted the paperwork when they have not. They don't submit the results of your scan to your doctor, do not call your doctor back when they try to get the results, and are then extre... read more

Went for MRI and got estimate before coming - paid what I was expecting to pay. Then a month later, I get a bill that was MORE than the cost of the MRI for a radiologist to "read" the MRI (which neither me or my doctor ordered). How about ask the patient or doctor if they need someone to read the MRI for $200 bucks before the MRI is performed...I would have gone somewhere else if I had know beforehand. Don't come here if you expect to pay what they estimate and collect at the front.

Not the best of medical experiences. I thoroughly vetted all my options when it came to receiving my MRI. When I spoke to Parkhill, I was quoted an overall price that favored their location significantly. I called my insurance and resubmitted an approval from a location that was 5 minutes away, to Parkhill in Addison because of the price difference.
