This is a good dentists office. Fast, and considerate. Professional, and casual. Dr. Pradeep was exceptionally caring, without being overbearing. I had showed up 30 mins early for my x-ray appointment, we finished my x-ray, paperwork, and scheduled my next appointment, all before my first appointment was scheduled to start.
These are really lovely, kind people. They really go the extra mile to ensure that patients are comfortable, and explain the process throughout the procedure. Dr. Pradeep clearly cares about her patients.
I hadn't been to a dentist in 10-11 years. I had a filling that had fallen out and required replacement but aside from that I thought my teeth were ok. I had an initial exam, cleaning and x-rays with Janet. She did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth up and letting me know how everything looked as she went. I had no pain and was very pleased with her efforts and experience. Dr. Pradeep came in for the final inspection and setup the plan for the refill. Dr. Pradeep is very professional, skilled, and caring. She did a great job on a crown, explaining everything as she went and making sure it was perfect. I would highly recommend her and her team.
This is a very good dental practice. I had a crown on my upper right first molar (that was placed 20 years ago by another dentist in another province) break close to the gum line in January, 2024. Dr. Pradeep did an excellent job of replacing it. She explained every step in the procedure, was very focused on my comfort, and I now have an excellent bite.
