convenient and a great apartment. very close to the train stations, tram stops, and bus stops. has some asian grocery stores nearby. very close to my fav korean pocha.

A privilege to call this apartment my home! Beautifully designed units with state-of-the-art appliances. The loveliest staff to work with (from the best BM all the way to broker). The apartment is a 5 min walk from the 30/35/86 tram lines making it super accessible to the CBD. Flagstaff and Southern Cross Stations are also walking distance. A few more mins away from the tram stop is Spencer St Outlet and K-town, home to all my fave Korean restaurants.
