This store is adorable! The girls that were working when I was in there were so helpful when I was picking out my Christmas presents. There have so much stuff I will be back soon to get more. If you need Christmas presents this is the place to go!
I was very disappointed when a bracelet I purchased less than a month ago broke, and when I came in to see if they could do something about it I was told that since it was on sale there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to pay $12 to have it re strung. In fact the woman even broke it worse than it was when I took it in. So much for shopping local. No customer service.
Obsessed with this store now! Love my purchases and can't wait to go back!! <3
My wife loves this store but new older gal employee was very rude when we were there! I was hanging around killing time while she looked in the cases and gal was talking loudly (it's not very big in there) about her weight loss and bad mouthing other customers and a past employer. Very rude and unprofessional. We were shocked and disappointed in the service. Won't go back if that gal is there working, too bad
