Both my mom and I have been in there on several occasions, sometimes dressed up, sometimes casually dressed, with no makeup...because we're human, and lead busy lives. We're both very well employed (and paid). On those days we happen to not be wearing makeup and jewellery, every single staff person has been EXTREMELY RUDE, DEGRADING AND DISRESPECTFUL... I'll tell you something, J Parkes, you disgust me as humans...we will no longer be spending the hundreds of dollars to be treated like we're "less than."
Although I absolutely love J.Parkes and have been a customer for 15+ years I can't help but feel that the staff is rude. I don't plan on visiting anytime soon and will probably just go ahead and order my Brighton online. I feel like with the type of money I spend each time I go in there that customer service should be much better!
Gone to K Parkes for however long it's been there. Best place I know of. Anywhere.

When you buy something on sale they tell you it is nonreturnable. The store is great the sales staff friendly and helpful and how can you not love Brighton
Great place to Christmas shop. The ladies are very helpful. They even wrap your gift!
