We were in the mood for salmon for dinner, and chose Parkers, after surfing through our options using City Search. We had a delightful dinner; the restaurant had a nice atmosphere, with friendly and courteous staff. I had the King Fresh Alaskan Trolled Salmon and my wife had the other Salmon dinner (can you believe two choices for salmon!). Excellent Seafood in Burbs – Great Seafood in the Burbs. I don't know of any place around that compares in quality and freshness of their seafood. We have been here a number of times...and each time we are impressed. Specials of Halibut and Mahi Mahi were great....so many different tastes on one plate with the sauces and salads....what a great change of pace in dining.
