Parker's Home Cookin' Restaurant we have been serving the Stokesdale community with good home cookin for more than 50 years. Because we eat most of our meals here, we go above and beyond to insure quality and taste. It's just simply the best burger joint in the Triad... Definitely a best kept SECRET and don't forget to try the hand it onion rings for a side!!! As for breakfast... Biscuits & Gravy that make you want to smack your granny! Just saying...

The food is fantastic! Burgers cooked perfectly, onions sauteed just right, generous side portions, baked potato really baked (not microwaved), & coconut cake to die for! Hesitated at first because the building is very plain almost to the point of leaving you to wonder if you should enter, but don't let it scare you. Friendly staff & fast service.

They have the Best Chicken,And Vegetables I love their Chicken tenders and gravy Awesome. Their Sweet potatoes are the best I have eaten, so is the cabbage. Awesome Chocolate Cake. Been coming here over 30 years.
