Agree with previous post. They have also allowed previous tenants to demolish my home in the thousands and now the previous tenant (who broke their lease) and the mgmt company jave dissapearing off the face of the earth. I own a home that looks like hell and is not suitable for anyone to live in now.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They will never respond to your emails or phone calls, and then they'll make repairs on your property without even notifying you first. The only way you find out is when you receive your statement with all kinds of amounts subtracted from your rent payment.
