My wife and I have just moved in and we are loving the place. The management team is very nice and professional. The grounds are well kept, and our neighbors have been respectful as well. This is a great community!
I really enjoyed my 2 years living at The Parker’s Lake apartments. The office staff were always super responsive when I had a questions and super timely when it came to maintenance requests. My unit was across from the property pond, which was relaxing when I sat out on my balcony. The 2 pools were always super nice to have in the summertime - you can even rent them out for personal use! We had a very positive experience living here. The property was well maintained, and the management team was always professional and responsive whenever we had a question. We never had any significant problems during our time as a resident. The office staff was always friendly and professional, but Aana was truly exceptional. I really like this community; everyone is friendly, it is clean and tidy, and there are excellent outdoor activity areas and facilities. This is a fantastic place to live. It is very well-maintained, the staff could not be kinder, more friendly or professional. The landscaping is gorgeous, the set up of having your garage underneath your building is very convenient.
