We moved in recently. We put in work orders within the first week of living here and a guy showed up within the hour of us putting them in and fixed our issues super quick! Super impressed so far. Quiet and a great location!
I have lived here with my bf for the last 2 years. We had a leak from the apartment above us, we were amazed at how fast the response was from the maintenance team and felt the need to get on here to show our appreciation for the guys here. Its actually a really nice place to live.
managment has some serious issues, as you can see by their automated response to every negative review. The apartments are not in good condition structurally and are generally outdated or very cheaply renovated. They're all great until you sign the lease and then you are just out of luck. If you want loud neighbors, frequent car break ins, and trash blowing everywhere. Come to Parker's lake! Absolute losers!
