Its pretty great here compared to my past places. I put in a work order this morning and the maintenance person, I think his name was Brian showed up within 10 minutes and fixed our fridge. Very thankful for such quick service! Highly recommend checking this place out!
The office staff is very responsive to any questions we had before moving in. They were very welcoming on move-in day and the apartment was sparkling clean! Snow removal has been great and the maintenance team is quick to respond! The clean and well maintained pools are a great added bonus!
managment has some serious issues, as you can see by their automated response to every negative review. The apartments are not in good condition structurally and are generally outdated or very cheaply renovated. They're all great until you sign the lease and then you are just out of luck. If you want loud neighbors, frequent car break ins, and trash blowing everywhere. Come to Parker's lake! Absolute losers! (Months later and I still hate the place worse than when I wrote this)
