I have lived here for a long time and I love it. The entire team is extremely helpful and the area is so nice. Highly recommend
Lived there for many years, very helpful staff, always friendly. Maintenance was always addressed promptly, great amenities and quiet, respectful neighbors. The best rental experience I've had and a good one to end on when it came time to move into a home. Moving out was bittersweet, best of luck to the Parker's Lake staff!
Its pretty great here compared to my past places. I put in a work order this morning and the maintenance person, I think his name was Brian showed up within 10 minutes and fixed our fridge. Very thankful for such quick service! Highly recommend checking this place out!
