I'm so saddened about the experience I had using the cleaners portion of this buissness. I have had great experiences just bringing my own laundry and doing it but the issue came when I brought an expensive coat in to be laundered. They showed me when I brought it in that there will need to be labour with the laundering due to cat hair. They explained to my the process they needed to do and proceeded to tell me it would cost a bit more than a regular launder, due to the labour. Excellent experience at Parkers Cleaners Aurora. I often get my bedsheets, comforters and towels cleaned with their wash & fold service. Very happy with the cleaning. New owners as of a few months ago have been great to work with aswell. I would definitely recommend.
Parkers Cleaners in Aurora has really improved under the new owners. The space is clean, the machines run well, and it feels like a proper full-service laundromat again. I appreciate the extended hours and the upgrades to the dry cleaning and alteration services. You can tell they’re putting in effort to make the experience better for customers.
