I was invited to this group by my friend, Amanda Spahn, before I even moved here. I've joined the group and everyone has been so welcoming. Class selection is really good too. Trina is awesome and the facility is very nice & clean.
So happy I found this place. Trina is the best and the people who go to her classes are so friendly, welcoming, and motivating! And there is free childcare for the 8:30 & 9:30 am classes during the work week! The ladies who watch the kiddos are phenomenal too. With a variety of awesome group fitness classes offered, there's a daily workout for everyone!
