It’s great you are so busy concentrating on the sticks that you don’t realize how many lunges and squats you’ve done. Zumba I love music and love to move! You use your arms more than you know! I’m no spring chicken. You can go at your own pace! I’m gonna try every class. It’s good to diversify. Good to work all them muscles! Great group of ladies so welcoming! Great gym if you’re just looking for fun group classes to get you moving! Love that they have childcare too!
