Not pleased with my product or my service! My eyes are NOT a complicated prescription. After having my initial appointment and ordering my glasses I picked them up and new right away something was off. They told me to try them out since it was a new lens and prescription. I tried them for 5 days and they still were off. Call back and the soonest they could get me in for another appointment to check and make sure the prescription was correct was 9 DAYS out! I had a really great experience! Everyone was so nice and informative. They even fixed my old glasses that I had tape to hold together. I actually had a great time.
We recently moved to the area from out of state, and one of my concerns was finding an optometrist and optician who had the skill to deal with some complicated issues involved in my eye care. This office, and Dr Gilbert in particular, exceeded my expectations. They have sophisticated imaging technology that quickly and accurately identified the issues I have. The opticians were easily able to make the necessary accommodations in fitting and ordering my glasses. Highly recommended!
Dr. Mike and his staff are wonderful. I have several eye issues and Dr. Mike is very thorough. My grandson loves coming here for his glasses, too.

I cannot say enough good things about the entire team! I have gone to this office for years and they continuously push themselves to improve. When I moved, I still drive over an hour to see Dr Sarah and her team. Every visit is personalized and professional. The communication is impeccable. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate emergency visits for me and make sure I've been taken care.
Efficient, professional, very state-of-the-art. Focused on my issues and questions. Didn't waste my time, but spent their time making sure I had a thorough exam and all my many questions were professionally and scientifically answered. Brittany and Dr Kyle Gilbert were great! Thanks!
