Super people! Great customer service. Got to see them work under pressure with a not so happy customer. They handled themselves professionally, and customer was satisfied when they left. The problem was with insurance company, not service from Parker Tire and Alignment!
I would like to say that I have been charged for items that were never put in my car and spend over $1000.00 at this place and each time they had my car and it was broken down for repairs, I would receive a phone call from Drew only to tell me I had to have additional work. Such as I needed new rotors they stated they put them on when I picked up the car I immediately noticed that there were grinder marks on my rotors.
