Great price ,they checked everything ,gave me a few bits on some little thing he ,they were not pushy, they changed my oil ladies day are Wednesday's great price . They handed me my bill and est. No pushing on the other repairs ,and the prices were good on them , great service friendly &fast service
Keith at Parker Tire and Alignment took excellent care of me today. I was traveling through West Monroe when my lights on my dash all lit up like a Christmas tree. Keith got my car diagnostic handled and had me a solution within an hour; and he was very informative, empathetic and helpful in a stressful situation. I would highly recommend Keith and his team to anyone needing service in West Monroe or the surrounding area.
Very friendly and fast service! My vehicle was fixed in no time and they actually saved me ALOT of money! Hands down, the best repair shop I have ever been to.
Ok.....this place right here is the new go to place for me. From the time I walked in the door, the service was excellent. The staff treated me like they had known me forever. You guys rock. I took my car in on Friday and they had me rolling by Saturday morning only because they had to order parts. Where they do that at? Well i ended up at the Parker Tire Alignment cause my Daughter Courtney Blakely had a flat tire and ended riding on donut tire and heard a lot how customer service was there ..Let me tell ya Keith King went out his way too get my tire checked out and it was so bad .I decide too get 4 new ones for the Nissan and Keith King gave me such awesome deal on them that i plan going back for tires for my car and all the people are very friendly ....I highly recommend Parker Tire and Alignment for all theirs service they offer ...Good ... read more
