These Apts are not worth $50.00.They are not kept up ,All they-do is patch up and damage gets worse, Needs to be condemned and don’t try calling hud because not a darn thing gets done ,Yes I have stayed there for 19 yrs faithfully paying rent never once was I late but when it was time to fix things took weeks,months,years ,stack my accounts while I was there now Iam living very comfortable ,happy and #1 not shame ...Thank you Almighty

Management needs to threat the tenants as adults and not children
I lived there for a few years and had nothing but the best service there.
I have lived here for 8 years. And in that time, especially since new management, the service has gone down hill. They use to go around and pick up trash. They no longer do that. Snow removal is disastrous. They finally cleared the sidewalks, but leading up to the apartments have not been touched.
