Do your job Well the guy showed up on time probably because he thought it was a $69.00 service call, but I had a brochure that said FREE Estimates. This was after he did the estimate and he was surprised and but didn't make a fuss. He wasn't very professional when he arrived and frankly I didn't think he could do the job. I think he might have been ok but his people skills were terrible. The estimate was in line with the other estimate I got which was good for them! I don't think I'll call them back though.
SCAM WHAT A SCAM! Service man quoted me between $500 to $900. Called another company for a second opinion and had my A/C unit (replacement of small part) fixed for under $100. I do not recommend this company!
Great service Our AC went out today-Friday afternoon. We called the company that installed it and they couldn't get here until Monday afternoon. I told my husband to call Parker & Sons. They were amazing. They were at our home within 2 hrs. Fixed the problem in 1/2 hr. The service person was extremely polite and explained what was wrong. We will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and neighbors.
WOW!! On-time, fair pricing, quality service. Nice people too!! When it comes to Home Improvement Contractors, I don't expect much; no shows, late, poor service, tracking dirt in my house, cigarette butts in my yard, etc... (experience talking here), that said, Parker & Sons are the most professional company I have dealt with when it comes to my Air Conditioning unit. Highly recommended.
