I have been using Brent and his guys for several years now for both my rental properties and personal home. I have always received excellent service. They go out of their way to get to my issues on the same day. We have had them do several complete installs and have never had an issue after they were finished. I called Brent around 3:00 PM yesterday and he was at my house by 2:00 PM today. I consider that very good response time since he already had work lined up before I called. He gave me a window of time he expected to be at my house and he arrived within that time frame. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck and we were cooling the house down in less than an hour. He was very professional.
