Extremely unprofessional. I attempted to make an appointment for a repair on a roof they installed in 2023. Our warranty has expired but we still needed a quote for a repair. After two unsuccessful attempts to have anyone out to look, I wrote them. The responses from these people have me floored. Asking repeatedly who was responsible for payment (?). Stating they were not responsible for the leak, which we never said they were, making up out of thin air that I told them a snow storm caused the leak, etc. Absolutely never eve... read more
Parker Roofing did an excellent job replacing our multi-faceted concrete tile roof. It was a complicated job. Both Brian and Kendra did their research and extensive planning before they ever started the project. Once they began, they were on the job site daily overseeing the crews and stuck to the projected timeline. The completed roof was a quality installation meeting all of our expectations.
Parker roofing did a great Job on a tile roof replacement after Hurricane Sally and they just repaired some unrelated damage caused by a falling shutter. They were very responsive and made everything like new

We had a Decra roof system put on our home and the contractor botched the install completely! The inspector said it needed to be removed and redone completely. We called Parker Roofing to give us a quote, and ultimately hired them. We are soooooo happy we did! The workmanship is impeccable and the roof looks amazing. We are ecstatic with the work and highly recommend Parker Roofing!
