Parker Robb did a great, thorough job when inspecting my car after I was hit. The other person's insurance misquoted the actual damage done and purposefully left my car in the shop for approval to total my car. Parker Robb stayed in contact with me and attempted to get ahold of the insurance company! They worked with me and were very flexible. I would highly recommend them and I will be returning.
Kyle and Andy are the best in their profession! I originally took my car to another Body Shop after the left rear bumper cover was hit by someone at a Safeway store parking lot, but they did not leave a note. The original body shop that did the repairs made my car look like it was bought from a salvage yard. The two rear moldings were loose and coming off, and the right-side edge of the rear bumper cover did not align with the body panel!
