They are good people who support their local school system!
The cheapest land lord I've ever had, literally he scrubbed the ignitor of our gas stove to avoid replacing it and it was a $20 part. Avoid at all costs.
I was involved first hand in a transaction in which I believe Parker was dishonest and closed the deal they wanted even though it netted much less money for the seller they were supposed to be working for. I would never list with Parker and would be very careful in any dealings with them.
Jeff Parker is an excellent realtor. He specializes in the SW Portland area and is very knowledgeable about pricing what is going on in our area. Highly recommend.
Jeff is a good and fair landlord, and also a very nice guy.
