If I could possibly give a zero star I would... this landlord expects you to lick the floor clean and insists that any dust is all your fault. The appliances are ancient and she expects you to keep them up even though this is not in your contract. Do not recommend and do NOT sign lease. She fluctuates in moods as if medication is needed. She should see a doctor because the visits that you get ARE NOT NORMAL.
