Be careful, they will not necessarily submit all charges to insurance - for example, for supplies. You will be charged for them and it will be well above what you would pay if you purchased these items yourself. You think it is part of the billable charges, but they refuse to send them to insurance and insist you pay for them. Read other website reviews too , I wish I had before I went. I did like the treatment, just not how they handled billing and charges.

The laser treatment program for nail will no longer be recommended by me. Dr. Parker had what I thought was a great laser program and then they had a sweetheart of a lady (I think her name was Pamela) and she took it to a whole new level and my nails had never looked better. Since she has been gone Dr. Parker has gone through 3-4 nail techs and things have gone from excellent to severely poor. A friend recommended Dr. Parker to me and I travelled an hour to reach his office. Most people wouldn't do that but after meeting him, I knew that it was the right decision. Sadly, I wished that I had found Dr. Parker many years ago as I probably would not be having the foot/ankle issues today that I am. Unfortunately, the otherwise excellent medical treatment received from Dr. Parker and his staff has been marred the now too frequent practice of surprise charges directly from his office appearing in my mailbox. These include $64 for a plastic shoe and a bandage, payable directly to his office. The usual excuse that my insurance is to blame cannot be applied here. Offices such as this one need to be completely transparent about all charges that the patient is expected to pay.

The staff is both professional and personal. The wait times are minimal. Dr Parker is very thorough with his treatments including using other specialists.

So pleased I found Dr Parker and his amazing staff I am still a new patient but the treatments he recommended for my condition seem to be working wonderfully well. I have several more treatments so I will update the review when they are complete. I impressed with the Dr’s depth and breadth of knowledge and that he is offering cutting edge treatments.

I have been having a lot of pain and discomfort on my right foot and decide to go and see Dr. Parker after recommendations from my friends who were patients as well. Dr. Parker came up with plan to correct my foot pain and took his time to explain the condition or foot pain I was having and the procedures to correct the issue. I am hopeful with so many options and what he is doing with regenerative cell tissue growth. Discovering a five star physician's office is difficult now days. I cannot say enough kind words about what I experienced at this office. I was a patient of Dr. Parker's several years and took my father to see him for a what we thought was way more of a problem than it was. Turns out, it was only a case of toe fungus and we were then reffered to Paula's office. This sweet lady is patient, detailed, and oh so careful in her work.
