FIRE ALARM GOING OFF EVERYDAY!!! THIS BUILDING IS A NIGHTMARE!!!
I hate this building. You have fire alarm going off every other day in the middle of the night. This is ridiculous. Out of 6 elevators you have maybe 2 working.

Heartbroken that my parents were duped by PARKER PLAZA. Yea, the VIEW is amazing. The staff is also very nice. But those things have NOTHING to do with Parker Plaza and EVERYTHING to do with LUCK in just choosing a great location when initially built and happening to hire kind staff (turnover is INSANE tho and that’s telling as well). It is absolutely ABHORRENT what the board here does. Well, DOESN’T DO, rather. Spend your money ELSEWHERE. This place slaps bandaids on EVERYTHING while INCREASING fees and dues.
