Extremely Poor Experience at Parker Plaza – Avoid at All Costs I strongly advise anyone considering Parker Plaza to think twice before moving in. My experience with this building has been nothing short of a nightmare. The management and living conditions are unacceptable. First of all, the building is infested with cockroaches.
