Heartbroken that my parents were duped by PARKER PLAZA. Yea, the VIEW is amazing. The staff is also very nice. But those things have NOTHING to do with Parker Plaza and EVERYTHING to do with LUCK in just choosing a great location when initially built and happening to hire kind staff (turnover is INSANE tho and that’s telling as well). It is absolutely ABHORRENT what the board here does. Well, DOESN’T DO, rather. Spend your money ELSEWHERE. This place slaps bandaids on EVERYTHING while INCREASING fees and dues. I have a very positive 5 year experience with this building. It had temporary renovation problems for a few years, but now the renovation is coming to an end. The building was projected by a famous Ajerican architect Marius Lapidus, and you can see it and feel it, especially if you like the neo-classical stile, wide corridors with tall ceiling, and immediate access to the sea and outdoor pool. This is the best building in the area.
