I originally gave this apartment a 5-star rating, but after a year of living here, I’m changing it to 1 star due to serious issues with the leasing office. While the service team was always professional and helpful, my experience with leasing and management has been frustrating and disappointing. 1. Warning to all those who want to live here! I’ve lived here for over four years and this apartment and community was amazing. But most recently, the apartment management changed. The old office and maintence staff is gone and new ones have replaced the old. The new maintence staff is not as efficient, don’t wear foot booties when entering your home, and I see them constantly just talking with each other when I know they have maintence requests to do. It was a place I stayed for a year. I have many beautiful memories here with my son. It was an old apartment, but the service staff were very kind and helpful at every moment.
Maintenance crew is always great! Jessie came to replace my bathroom lights and door batteries and was super friendly and was done within 15 min. Easy to make a service request.
