The Front desk person is rude, also I feel Dr Parker cares more about his financial gain instead of his patients. I went to him because I was referred by Dr Rosemary Buckle for a tilted knee cap as a result of a complete knee replacement. Dr Buckle wanted for Dr Parker to give me a nerve block to manage my pain. Dr Parker did not touch or examine my knee just told me about the nerve block yet still charged the insurance $278 which my part was $78 dollars. I have just recently had to see a pain management doctor. I have seen Dr Parker twice. I have nothing but great things to say about him, Jamie and Nurse Becky. My only negative is that he is so busy, it's difficult to get in to see him .
