The hygienist and the dentist were absolutely fantastic. This is my new dental office now!
Made an appointment months in advance and it was cancelled the day before. More than a month later still hadn't heard back about a new appointment, despite calling them to ask for updates.
Was a patient there for many years under Dr. Parker and then Dr. Bunn. Everything was always great. Since new dentist took over all has changed for the worst. My husband changed dental practices over a month ago and our records were transferred. We are still receiving text messages asking us to schedule new appointments. They were notified by us in writing to cancel our appointments and transfer our records. Obviously they received our letter since they transferred out records. I just had to have a tooth pulled and a new partial. Wonderful customer service and excellent work. I highly recommend!
They set my wife up with an appointment, and never notified her that the dentist (which was the only one that accepted our insurance at this location), she had an appointment with had stopped working at the location.
