I booked an appt for cleaning several months ago, they knew when it was booked that it was Medicaid insurance, now I’ve waited months since booking to just before the visit to suddenly call me and cancel due to claiming they no longer accept new patients for Medicaid . Absolute disgrace . I could have been calling around to other dentist and been getting booked ahead for the wait with others instead these people lead me on for MONTHS and now I’m back at square 1. They are very welcoming there and made me feel very comfortable. My first appointment went well with them and I am so glad I found a new dentist. I kinda stumbled on them by accident to begin with and it was one of the best accidents that ever happened to me.
The hygienist and the dentist were absolutely fantastic. This is my new dental office now!
Made an appointment months in advance and it was cancelled the day before. More than a month later still hadn't heard back about a new appointment, despite calling them to ask for updates.
Was a patient there for many years under Dr. Parker and then Dr. Bunn. Everything was always great. Since new dentist took over all has changed for the worst. My husband changed dental practices over a month ago and our records were transferred. We are still receiving text messages asking us to schedule new appointments. They were notified by us in writing to cancel our appointments and transfer our records. Obviously they received our letter since they transferred out records.
