What put me at ease was the fact that their office equipment was in good shape. Everything was current and taken care of. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular.
