Kim went above and beyond in helping me with an urgent device need for my mom. I live 3 hours away and couldn't make the 6hr trip to figure it out, but Kim helped me get the right items over the phone, let me pay for it over the phone and made sure it was delivered to my mom faster than I would have thought possible. I can't thank Kim and this store enough for their care and EXCELLENT service.
