Kim went above and beyond in helping me with an urgent device need for my mom. I live 3 hours away and couldn't make the 6hr trip to figure it out, but Kim helped me get the right items over the phone, let me pay for it over the phone and made sure it was delivered to my mom faster than I would have thought possible. I can't thank Kim and this store enough for their care and EXCELLENT service.
Pleasant, great knowledgable staff
I don't usually stop to answer surveys and reviews, but I wanted to thank the group at Parkers for walking me through the store and making recommendations of what I needed to rent, or buy once my Mom was back from the hospital. You didn't try to over sell me. We found the electric lounge chair really helpful.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. They have the items that I required after my total knee replacement, the delivery of a hospital bed, and set up was very efficient, and explained ensuring that all questions were answered. Thanks to the staff for the outstanding service.
