We moved out of state and hadn't been to the dentist in almost 3 years. Randomly got a bill. It wasn't extremely expensive, so I paid it, but as another review said, there was no information on what services were, or how long ago they were billing us for. The dentist was good with the kids, but the billing practice is awful. I'm sure there are other options in the area that would be more timely in billing.
Friendly staff and doctor, definitely they have earned trust of us Recently my son's tooth spacer fell out and we had preserved the tooth spacer. Consulted doctor KESHA STEPHENSON about this and they re-fixed it promptly without charging anything though initially provided a projected bill as a contingency in case of lack of refix. This reflected their honest effort to help the patient without incurring unnecessary cost
Getting braces can be a little intimidating, but Dr. Savage and dental assistant Mariam made the whole process so much easier. They were always super friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Mariam was so sweet and gentle during adjustments, and my dentist really paid attention to the details. I’m so happy with how my smile turned out—couldn’t have asked for a better team! Parker-Gray is a good clinic with very professional standards, especially Dr. Savage and Mariam.
We switched dentists a couple of years ago. It was very surprising to receive a bill in the mail with no date of service or line item information from them. When I called, they said it was for services performed in 2020 - 5 years ago. I called and asked them to send me something demonstrating this is legitimate since the dates they mentioned on the phone did not line up with my insurance records.
