I took both of my kids to Dr. Baitner ages 6 and 3 and she was absolutely wonderful. We did not wait at all and the entire staff was very helpful. I love that she took the time to come out and introduce herself to the my kids to make them feel comfortable. The entire experience was very pleasant I am so glad we found her!
My son has his first dental appointment there (almost 3yr old) and although I usually have to fight with him to brush his teeth, the staff was able to talk to him and make him feel comfortable enough to even do a cleaning. Amazing!

Dr. Baitner and the entire staff make going to the dentist a great experience. My special needs son is a patient and Dr. Jess, along with her assistant and receptionist, greet you with warmth, smiles, and genuine caring.
I took my two children at the same time to see Dr. Baitner and there were no tears! Both kids left happy with clean teeth. The office is very nice and clean and the staff is so friendly. We love Baitner Pediatric Dental!

On time. Professional. Clean. Dr Jess has incredible patience with the kids, and took the time to explain to the parents everything decides and anything that is needed. The kids love all the prizes and the toys in the waiting room.
