Everyone there was so kind and helpful! Victoria was my hygienist and she was super sweet and always checking on me! Dr. Parker was very kind and informative! The two ladies up at the front were also very sweet. I’m glad I found this office!!
I love having my dental appointments Now. Teeth cleaning always gave me the chills, but at Dr. Parker’s office the hygienists are fantastic, listen to what you say, take their time, and are gentle- this is a family practice, but some of us are older, I just turned 69! Teeth cleaning always gave me the chills, but at Dr. Parker’s office the hygienist, I’ve had a couple now, listen to what you say, take their time, and are respectful - this is a family practice, but some of us are older, I just turned 69! Dr. Parker is thorough, very fair and reasonable price and I appreciate his many years of experience! Super friendly office girls, which is a real plus today!!!! The "billing department" apparently needs additional training. And Mya needs to learn how to listen to voicemails with the number listed to call someone back instead of pressing 5 to call back. I work at a practice also. Don't get upset when you are corrected for your billing error and then hang up. I could have been just as ugly to you for receiving a bill when I haven't been a patient in 5 years. Do better.
