I really wish I would have checked the reviews before going with this company. I was referred to this company by our insurance company. They took over a year to have our home remodeled and finished. Leaving us with having to figure out where to live for two months because our temporary housing lease was up. The customer service we received was HORRIBLE! My insurance claims adjuster assigned Parker Construction to quote some work related to a backed up pipe. Parker Construction was very slow to get in touch and then did not show up at the agreed upon time to quote out the job. Needless to say, I did not go with them. Don’t bother contacting these clowns.
They did a fantastic job repairing the wall after some water damage. Very professional and prompt. They took great care to match the paint colors on my wall and find the right trim.
I don’t recommend using this company. They commit insurance fraud/consumer fraud and do below average work. When questioning the owner he will not address any of your concerns.
Horrible experience! I was referred toParker Construction by my insurance company to replace a floor and repair/paint dry wall as part of a claim on a rental property. It took three weeks for anyone to contact me to get the project started despite multiple messages left by both the insurance adjuster and myself weekly.
