David Tyler's customer service is the worst in the industry. He is a very rude and disrespectful man who thinks he can talk to women in any manner her chooses. He is as nice as can be as long as you are not trying to cancel a policy that is no longer needed. After 31 years of doing business with Allstate, he is the reason I will be finding a new insurance company.
