First, I want to say that Dr. Parker and the staff were wonderful. They took their time to explain the procedure thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. I was a bit scared since this was done while the pandemic is still on but they took all precautionary measures to keep me safe. The surgery day was a great experience and the recovery was great. The first 2 days i felt sleepy from the medication, there was some pressure around my ears and my neck felt slightly stiff but this went away after day 2. I am 14 years old and... read more

Very professional and kind. They take the COVID precautions very seriously and are extremely clean. When questions arise, they are courteous on the phone and always find somebody who can answer your questions or address your concern. Office and surgery staff were outstanding, and I felt welcomed every visit. Included medications and massages are a bonus!
