Really impressed with the professionalism of BOTH offices. I have been seeing Dr. Baker for about 3 years, struggling to find the best fit for my hearing loss. It has been an uphill struggle for me since my hearing loss posed lots of challenges. There were times I wanted to give up, throw my hearing aides in the trash (comfort, ease of use, etc), but at each venue Dr. Baker was there to offer encouragement and look for solutions. Really was impressed with this office. I had no idea how bad my hearing was; everyone misses things once in a while, right? These little tiny things in my ears make such a difference. Staff made it fun, interesting and so easy to pay for. Dr. Baker helped me walk out of the office hearing my own footsteps at the first visit! Truly do recommend this group.
