I journey to both offices when in need a of a little tweeking on a problem ear canal. Dr. Linda and the entire staff go out of their way to fit me in for the minor (but very important) adjustment Dr. Linda handles quickly and in a most friendly manner. So happy they're here for me. I am very pleased with my devices and the service has been over and beyond expectations ! One week after I purchased my devices, I lost one going through TSA Screening at JFK on my way to Israel. I didn't discover that my left one was missing until 4 hours into the flight. I was terribly upset! When I contacted Dr Baker, she said not to worry, insurance covers it and was willing to ship a replacement to me. That is great customer service!
Dr. Baker is amazing, the staff extremely friendly it was a pleasure visiting the office in Parker. I can recommend a visit to the clinic, for anybody with a hearing problem.

I've been going to Parker Center for Audiology for eight years now. They always make sure I have the best hearing aids for my particular hearing loss and I make sure that they are working well at all times.
We are so happy we found Parker Audiology! They are wonderful and very understanding and really care about their patients. We always feel very comfortable and at ease with all doctors! We love our doctor Sarah Smith! She is outstanding!! She did a wonderful job for my husband! The technician there is Aaron Volesky, he is the best! We also need to give Trish at the front desk a big thank you! She goes above and beyond for everyone!!
A neighbor of mine was very impressed with Dr. Baker at Parker Audiology so I decided to see her as well. The office is well run and everyone was friendly and made me feel at home. Dr. Baker tested my hearing and recommended some options. The hearing aids I have now have helped me a lot and the follow up is great. They are more than happy to see me if I have a question or need my “devices” cleaned. If you need help with your hearing I would highly recommend Parker Audiology.
