RecommendedMy beagle Rusty went to PCAC for the last 14 years. Rusty would get incredibly nervous around people he did not know and often times would bite them. We could always trust Dr. Noone to take great care of Rusty. He is an incredible vet and was great to Rusty from the time he was a puppy all the way until his passing December 29, 2018. Meticulous and thorough exams. Excellent care of the animals. Efficient handling of the human customers. This has been my go-to vet for over 10 years.
This place is all about bolt on sales and don’t let you know it’s additional charges for every single thing. I’ve gone 2x now and the first time for shots was over $300. They wanted to charge $2500 for teeth cleaning and removal of a few teeth. Then the second time was for a possible eye infection and walked out paying $240. They continued to try and push me toward a pill that was no needed. After I said no, it was mentioned 3-4 more times. I did quite a bit of researching local vets before choosing PCAC. Their website is fantastic with free resources that are helpful to pet owners. They have exam rooms separated for cats and dogs so they don't share the same rooms. The staff was friendly and excited to see our beautiful cats. Every person who helped us asked if we had any questions. I'm glad I chose them and we will definitely keep going to PCAC.
