RecommendedDr. Starnes and the wonderful PCAC clinic staff saved our precious senior dog's leg -- and her life -- after a surgery done by another vet clinic became infected with 3 highly resistant bacteria. PCAC gets 5 stars and hearts full of thanks from our house!
We only have two little guinea pigs, but one of our girls has a hurt eye. PCAC has given her compassionate care and we appreciate it! It’s hard to find a vet for a little pet and Dr. Toyne has been great!

The demeanor of Dr No one was fantastic, as were both of the aides that worked with us on Frosty the cat and his first year check up. Reviewed pro’s and con’s of heart worm prevention , dental cleanings, and diet issue for she put on 3lbs(30%) since last visit 13 months ago. Absolutely no pressure , wanted to make sure we were clear on our options. Very clean, close to the highway, pleasant staff, and a reasonable cost!!! 10 stars for sure- highly recommend!
Excellent care for my Gibbs and takes care of Mom & Dad’s concerns with lots of patience.
Love PCAC they have the best staff! They helped me so much when my puppy was sick for the longest time.. couldn’t have done without them and their support!
