New review 4/30/2025 - Great service, great pricing. Scheduling is a bit hit or miss, but i guess that is expected when you are trying to accommodate clients with fast responses. They did a lot better than my previous experience. ======= New review 5/23/2024 - Disappointed by scheduling. I was rescheduled twice and they didn't show up at the door after a confirmed appointment. They are unapologetic and keep pushing the appointments. I've used Parker Bros to replace a gas furnace and AC unit at my rental house in Jan 2023. It was running well until the renters used the AC in May 2023 during the heat wave which made the unit shut off. I contacted Gary, the owner immediately and he sent a service guy out the next day. It worked temporarily but shut down again on a Sunday, Mother's Day when the weather was hot. He sent the tech guy out again that same day.
