Parker Brothers did an outstanding job installing my new heat pump. The crew showed up on time, worked fast, and handled everything with total professionalism. The install was clean, the system runs perfectly, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC work done right.
New review 5/29/2026 - AFTER 3 YEARS OF TRYING, I am giving up on them. This time the appointment was scheduled but the technician couldn't keep with the time commitment. They called to move up the appointment since they were done with other clients early and since I couldn't accommodate their last minute request, they asked to reschedule. I have been down this path before (see my review from 2024 below), no thank you. I had a heating/cooling unit installed and I love it! My house is so warm and I can’t wait until summer. I’ve never had A/C before! It only took them a couple hours to install it and they were so nice and did such a great job!

New review 4/30/2025 - Great service, great pricing. Scheduling is a bit hit or miss, but i guess that is expected when you are trying to accommodate clients with fast responses. They did a lot better than my previous experience. ======= New review 5/23/2024 - Disappointed by scheduling. I was rescheduled twice and they didn't show up at the door after a confirmed appointment. They are unapologetic and keep pushing the appointments.
