New review 5/23/2024 - Disappointed by scheduling. I was rescheduled twice and they didn't show up at the door after a confirmed appointment. They are unapologetic and keep pushing the appointments. My suggestion to them - let's be transparent to the clients if things are too busy. I've used Parker Bros to replace a gas furnace and AC unit at my rental house in Jan 2023. It was running well until the renters used the AC in May 2023 during the heat wave which made the unit shut off. I contacted Gary, the owner immediately and he sent a service guy out the next day. It worked temporarily but shut down again on a Sunday, Mother's Day when the weather was hot. He sent the tech guy out again that same day. My son set up the work for me. I am extremely happy with the technicians they sent out. They were very thorough and very informative. Really nice and friendly. I will use them again and I will refer them to friends. Thank you Parker Bros for your help with our mini splits.
