Drove all the way from Colorado to buy a tritoon. When I bought it we took it out twice and it had an issue with the motor and they went above and beyond to help remedy the situation to include calling shops in my area. I highly recommend them if you need a boat!!
Never bought a boat here or got mine serviced here. But i have purchased parts many times, and the guys at the parts counter great
My overall buying experience at this place was much better than expected, especially after reading several negative reviews on different sites. Staff and owners were pleasant to deal with and I got the impression of a professional dealership. In contrast to some of the other reviews, they did adjust the pricing of the boat to my needs. Do not come in contact with the owner... Went in to purchase new prop and was questioned as to why I did not purchase our boat from them. In fact, we did try and purchase a boat from Parker- was never greeted. Customer service went down hill from there. We've been purchasing parts and accessories for years from Parker mixed in with a couple of winterizations, NEVER been treated so poorly. However, we will not be back.
