I went for ear wax removal from both ears. Very friendly staff and professional - I would highly recommend this business.
Barb and Cindy went above and beyond for me! After 4 weeks of ear pain frustration they worked me in, stayed late and gave me answers that no one else was giving me. They generally cared and I could feel it on the phone call as well as in person. Next step is getting into the ENT ASAP and get to feeling better. Unfortunately I’m hearing ENT appointments are like 2 months out. Not sure my ear can make it another 4-6 weeks without treatment. Molly at Parker Audiology is wonderful! She was able to work me in to see me the same day I broke my hearing aid. Always goes above and beyond. She was able to fit me with hearing aids when 2 other businesses were unable to because of my difficult to fit ear canals. She did not give up on me. Highly recommend Parker Audiology!
