Terrible Experience. Awful Management They are the absolute WORST management company in Athens. Maintenance is slow, they'll charge you fines for no reason, and they're overall completely unhelpful, rude and unresponsive UNLESS they believe you owe them money. I currently live at The Woodlands. It is not a bad place to live, but Parker's and Associates is just awful. Save yourself some money and frustration and lease from someone else. Terrible experience I lived in an apartment managed by Parker & Associates for a year and could not wait to move out. They would charge you a large fee for turning in rent even a day late and were never friendly to me whenever I called or went by the office. The worst part was that I scrubbed the apartment sparkling clean before moving out and they still did not return my security deposit. They were terrible to work with, and I would say stay away from living in any of their properties.

Wish I could give Zero or - stars. The staff there is to lazy or don't give a crap enough to notify people before towing vehicles and show favoritism to others. There is a Honda here with the same alleged violation as my Toyota that has Not been removed from the parking lot. When called and told and asked "why the Honda has not been removed they blew it off and the Honda is still here. Even Worse there is Erosion so bad in the back a Child could be injured. Bad Co. Bad staff. Do NOT RENT FROM HERE.
I believe they are getting a Kick back from the towing company they use. They put forth no effort to contact the owners of vehicles towed before or after towing. They do not keep the property clean, Trash , mattresses, Old broken stuff all around next to dumpsters Plus the over grown plants next to entrance to this area. In rear of complex the Erosion is so BAD I your Child would get seriously Hurt. Just 1 SORRY operation/company. Never rent from.

Mr. ********- Thank you for your comments. Parker & Associates manages the condominium association and doesn't manage units for rent, so you do not rent from us. Notices were posted on the cars with expired tags before the holidays and since they were not properly registered they were towed. There were a total of 3 vehicles that were towed on January 5th that were all in the same condition. The Association has no way to contact tenants, as their responsibility and communication was to the owners of the unit. It would be up t... read more
The sidewalks are covered with mildew- the shrubbery is way out of control could not even get to the outside water faucet to wash my down- do they even have anyone overseeing this - would sure like to know -
