Hi - loved this clinic for my 2 dogs but you all abruptly closed. You charge an annual membership fee which I have been billed for. When do you expect a refund?

UPDATE: Clinic suddenly closed, but it is not the fault of the employees. It is whoever funded this place. If you are reading this, please know how much we loved the employees here. I love Parker & Ace! Have a puppy who has been 4 times in the last 8 weeks and they are always so accommodating, nice, and really love animals. My dog will literally pull if we go near them because he loves going there so much.
Closed unexpectedly and won’t respond to emails about getting annual fees refunded despite several emails and people reaching out across different platforms.
