Shipping and receiving open at 6 am. They won’t check you till 6:30 am. You can find overnight parking nearby the facility and in the area . They are super fast to unload 30-40 mins per truck
FIRST TIME CUSTOMER - Horrible customer service with Lori. She was rude and condescending. Product was ordered with upgraded shipping and still arrived over 1 week later and the only resolution Lori could offer was poor customer service. She was able to deliver that with ease. We are still awaiting a call back from a manager and have no plans on working with this company for any of our dental needs going forward. Do not buy anything from This company, they are crooks. We have Brand New Ultrasonic scaler that was under warranty repaired by them. Charged us close to $300 and did not last 6 months. There are better companies out there to deal with. One of the worst company who does not stand by their overpriced items. Service department is very rude.
