This is my first apartment and I am very happy with my decision. the complex is in a fantastic location and the building is well maintained. Neighborhood is particularly accessible, everything seems to be within walking distance. The property manager Laura Arnold has been incredibly helpful and patient throughout the leasing process - even taking time out of her weekend to make sure I was kept informed with the latest updates. i just toured a studio listed for ~$800 a month. the room is the size of a storage unit. it doesn’t even have a shower in it. the bathroom sink isn’t even in the bathroom. where are people supposed to shower??? in the kitchen sink? are you high? this is absurd. as soon as i walked in the room it was an immediate no. if you’re looking at this place, do yourself a favor and rent a room in a house with some people, make new friends, learn to compromise with roommates. living alone has its perks, but if this is all you can affor... read more
a lot of fake positive reviews...this place is dump and I do not recommend it. feels like a jail cell and you can hear neighbors from other units talking.
I'm dumbfounded as to how this place has a near perfect rating. I've only had a tour of it, but I feel completely justified in making this review. I was told the place was about 170 squared feet. I don't believe this in the slightest. My current room is about 100 squared feet, yet both of these feel almost the same. The paint on the cabinets was cracking, the light shade looked like it was molding, and the wood on the window sill looked decayed. The best building I’ve lived in in the neighborhood! Very quiet and in my apartment, I get awesome light for my plants. Property manager and owner are very easy to get ahold of and always helpful. Tons of great restaurants, bars, and wonderful shops literally outside my door. 10/10 would recommend!
