I’ve been a tenant in this building for the past 10 years. I just wanted to say that the new addition to Sleep sound properties, Jessy , has gone beyond above and beyond to accommodate and help me in some personal situations. I hope to live here for another 10 years
This is a very honest review of Parke plaza and the management Troy and Jake. Troy can't be contacted by phone i always had to email him. This is probably to avoid being sued directly. I posted a pic of Troy's email to me saying if i write a review he will give me 10 off next month's rent (what a joke right?). When i first moved in the place was NOT spotless, it was mostly clean, acceptable, but it was missing the blinds and needed some other light maintenance. This is my first apartment and I am very happy with my decision. the complex is in a fantastic location and the building is well maintained. Neighborhood is particularly accessible, everything seems to be within walking distance. The property manager Laura Arnold has been incredibly helpful and patient throughout the leasing process - even taking time out of her weekend to make sure I was kept informed with the latest updates. i just toured a studio listed for ~$800 a month. the room is the size of a storage unit. it doesn’t even have a shower in it. the bathroom sink isn’t even in the bathroom. where are people supposed to shower??? in the kitchen sink? are you high? this is absurd. as soon as i walked in the room it was an immediate no. if you’re looking at this place, do yourself a favor and rent a room in a house with some people, make new friends, learn to compromise with roommates. living alone has its perks, but if this is all you can affor... read more
a lot of fake positive reviews...this place is dump and I do not recommend it. feels like a jail cell and you can hear neighbors from other units talking.
